How is a candidate's integrity/trust/credibility status finalized from proctoring data?

The Proctoring Status is an intuitive evaluation that indicates how trustworthy an assessment attempt is, based on proctoring signals detected during the test.
The candidate's overall integrity level is categorized into one of the following statuses:

  • Clear: No proctoring violations detected during the assessment.
  • Review Needed: A limited number of violations were detected and may require further review.
  • Action Required: Multiple or significant violations were detected and warrant immediate attention.

In addition, an integrity status is displayed for each specific type of proctoring within the candidate's detailed report, making it easier to identify and review specific areas of concern:

  • Clear: No violations detected for that proctoring parameter.
  • Needs Review: Violations were detected and may require further evaluation.

These parameters include suspicious behaviors such as:

  • Tab switching frequency
  • Time spent away from the test tab
  • Looking away from the screen
  • Multiple people detected
  • Unauthorized device detection
  • Candidate absence alerts

The parameters evaluated depend on the proctoring level configured for the assessment:

  • Level 1: Off-tab activity only
  • Level 2: Off-tab activity and AI alerts
  • Level 3: Off-tab activity, AI alerts, and gaze tracking
