# How to add a video response field in an assessment registration form?

1. **Log In to Your Account**
* Go to [https://app.xobin.com/signin](https://app.xobin.com/signin)
* Sign in with your credentials.
    
2. **Navigate to the Assessments Tab**
* In the sidebar, click **Assessments**.

3. **Open Assessment Settings**
* Locate the required assessment.
* Click **Manage** next to it.

4. **Open Registration Form section**
* Go to **Form**.

5. **Configure the Form**
* Enter a **Label** for the field.
* From the **Type** dropdown, select **Video**.
* Tick the **Required** checkbox to make it mandatory for all candidates.
* Click **Add**.

| Alternatively, click **+ Introduction Video** from the suggested fields to quickly add a pre-configured introduction video field.

* Click **Save Changes** in the top-right corner.
