How to cancel or reschedule a live interview?

Log In to Your Account

Go to https://app.xobin.com/signin and sign in with your credentials.

Navigate to the Live Interviews Tab

In the sidebar, scroll down and click Live Interviews.

Cancel an Interview

Tick the checkbox next to the required interview.
Click Cancel in the top-right corner.
Click Cancel interviews to confirm the cancellation.

Once an interview is cancelled, the action cannot be undone.

Reschedule an Interview

Applicable when candidates are responsible for choosing their interview slot.

Go to the To Be Scheduled section.
Click Reschedule next to the required interview.

Select a new time slot.
Click Reschedule to confirm.
