# How to export XoForm responses in an excel sheet?

1. **Log In to Your Account**
* Go to [https://app.xobin.com/signin](https://app.xobin.com/signin)
* Sign in with your credentials.

2. **Navigate to the XoForms Tab**
* In the sidebar, scroll down and click **XoForms**.

3. **View Responses**
* Click on the name of the required XoForm.

4. **Export All Responses**
* Click the **Export** button in the top-right corner.
* A CSV file containing all candidate responses will be sent to your logged-in email address.

5. **Download an Individual Response**
* Click the **reports** icon next to the desired candidate's name.

* Click **Download Response** in the top-right corner to download the candidate's response as a PDF.
