# How to get your customized Careers Page with Xobin?

> The **Careers** feature in Xobin enables companies to create a branded, customizable career page to showcase open roles and manage applications effortlessly. It's designed as a lightweight ATS + Career Portal, perfect for startups and SMBs that want a professional hiring experience without additional software.

* **Custom Job Listings**
        Post roles with descriptions, qualifications, and perks that reflect your company culture.

* **Branded Career Page**
       Personalize the page with your logo, theme colors, background image, and favicon.

* **Sharable Links**
       Publish your job listings via LinkedIn, social media platforms, or job boards using a simple link.

* **Embedded Application Tracking**
       Candidate details are automatically captured into Xobin’s ATS (via Tracks), so you can instantly assess, shortlist, and move applicants through your hiring funnel.

**How It Works**

**Step 1: Create a Track for Each Job Opening**

* All job postings on your Careers Page are powered by Tracks in Xobin. To post a new job: [Follow this guide to create a Track](https://xobin.crisp.help/en-us/article/how-to-create-a-track-in-xobin-13hlsov/)
    
* Once your track is created, the job will automatically appear on your Careers Page.

**Step 2: Customize and Preview Your Careers Page**
    
* Navigate to the **Careers** section in the left-hand menu of your Xobin dashboard. Here you can:

* **Preview Your Careers Page** - View a real-time version of your Careers page with all the branding and customization applied.

### Company Information

* **Careers Page Title**  
  This is displayed at the top of your careers page and in the browser tab. Use a clear and attractive title that represents your hiring campaign (e.g., Work With Xobin).

* **Company Website**  
  Add the URL of your official website. This helps job seekers learn more about your company.  

### Branding

* **Meta Description**
  This short summary appears in search engine results below the page title. Keep it concise and relevant to improve SEO (e.g., Careers and Jobs at Xobin. Apply Now).

* **Background Image**  
  Upload a background image to give your Careers page a more personalized and branded look. (Recommended: 1024x256, 4:1 ratio). 
  Click on the **browse** to select and upload an image.

* Click on **Save** button to make your careers page live with all your customization.
  
| Your Careers Page URL will be in the format:  `https://companyname.xobin.com/careers-page`. Share this link anywhere you promote open roles. It can be on your company website, social media platforms, and job boards to attract potential candidates.
