# How to move candidates across hiring stages?

1. **Log In to Your Account**
* Go to https://app.xobin.com/signin and sign in with your credentials.

2. **Navigate to the Tracks Tab**
* In the sidebar, click **Tracks**.

3. **Access Track Settings**
* Click **Manage** next to the required track.

4. **Move Candidates**
**Method 1: Via the Pipeline Section**
* Go to the **Pipeline** section.
* Drag and drop the candidate's name to the desired stage.

**Method 2: Via the Candidates Section**
* Go to the **Candidates** section.
* Tick the radio button next to the desired candidate(s).
* At the bottom, click the **1st icon** to move the candidate to the next stage in sequence.
* Click the **2nd icon** to move the candidate to any specific stage of your choice.
