# How to shortlist candidates in the reports page?

To shortlist the candidates for the next rounds of interview in the reports page follow these steps :- 

* Log in to your Xobin account and navigate to the **Assessments** page from the left menu. 
* Locate the required assessment and click **Reports** to open the reports page.

* On the reports page, you can see the list of candidates along with their overall score and integrity score. 
* To shortlist a candidate, click the **heart icon** next to the candidate’s score. The heart icon turns active, indicating that the candidate has been shortlisted.

* To view all shortlisted candidates, use the filters available on the left panel. 
* Select the **Shortlisted** option under the Sort/Filter section and click **Apply Filters and Search**. 
* The reports page will now display only the shortlisted candidates.

This allows recruiters to quickly identify and proceed with candidates selected for the next round of interviews!
