# How to use the assessment invitation email template? What is the subject line and body of the email?

1. **Log In to Your Account**
* Go to [https://app.xobin.com/signin](https://app.xobin.com/signin) and sign in with your credentials.

2. **Navigate to the Assessments Tab**
* In the sidebar, click **Assessments**.

3. **Access the Invite Section**
* Click **Invite** next to the required assessment.

4. **Creating or Using an Email Template**
* Enter a **custom message** to be included in the invitation email.
* To save the message for future use, click **Save as Template**.
* To use a previously saved message, select it from the **Select a Template** dropdown.

**SUBJECT LINE** of the email:
Invite from <company name> for <test name>

Default **BODY** of the email:
"Hi <candidate's name>, 
<Recruiter name> of <company name> has invited you to take up an assessment.

You can start the assessment by clicking here:
__Start Assessment__
Alternatively, you can use __this link__ to access the assessment.

**A couple of things to keep in mind while taking the assessment:**
i) This invite is valid from: **<start time>** till:**&#160;<end time>**
ii) Please take the test on your desktop, mobile phone or laptop.
iii) Choose a quiet location where you will not be interrupted.
iv) Ensure you have a reliable internet connection before starting the test.
