How to view and edit AI Interview questions?
The AI Interviewer uses the Questioning Approach as a reference rather than a fixed script. The exact wording of the question may vary from interview to interview, but the underlying approach, style, and context remain consistent.
- Log In to Your Account
- Go to https://app.xobin.com/signin and sign in with your credentials.
- Navigate to the AI Interviews Tab
- In the sidebar, click Guided.
Method 1: While Creating a New Interview

How to create and configure an AI Interview?
- Edit a Skill's Question
- Under Interview Plan, click on the required skill name.
- You can modify the following for each skill:
- Skill name
- Questioning style and approach (edit or regenerate)
- Evaluation criteria
- Follow-up questions or code review questions (if applicable)
- The question is displayed under Questioning approach. Click on the text box to make any changes.
- Change the Questioning style by selecting the relevant radio button.
- Click Save Changes.
- Adding Follow-Up Questions
- Select the Add follow-up questions radio button.
- Enter your follow-up question manually, or click the AI Spark icon to generate one.
- Click + to add additional follow-up questions.
- Click Save Changes.
- Adding Code Review Questions
Applicable for technical interviews only.
- Select the Ask code review questions radio button.
- Choose the type of code review question — Debugging or Writing Code.
- Enter the Code topic or evaluation criterion.
- Click Save Changes.
Method 2: While Editing an Existing AI Interview
- Open the Interview
- Click Manage next to the required AI Interview.
- Access the Interview Plan
- Click Interview Plan in the left sidebar.
- Click on the required skill to view its question.
- View or Edit the Question
- The question is displayed under Questioning approach. Click on the text box to make any changes.
- Change the Questioning style by selecting the relevant radio button.
- Click Save Changes.
- Adding Follow-Up Questions
- Select the Add follow-up questions radio button.
- Enter your follow-up question manually, or click the AI Spark icon to generate one.
- Click + to add additional follow-up questions.
- Click Save Changes.
