# I did not receive the Assessment Export, Xoform Export or AI Interview Export. What can I do?

If you haven't received your **Assessment Export**, **Xoform Export**, or **AI Interview Export** via email, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. **Check Your Email Folders**
Sometimes automated reports are flagged by security filters. Please check your:
* **Spam** or **Junk** folders.
* **Promotions** or **Updates** tabs (for Gmail users).
* **Clutter** folder (for Outlook users).
2. **Refresh Your Session**
A stale session can occasionally interfere with data requests. Try the following:
* **Log out** of your Xobin account.
* Clear your browser cache (optional but recommended).
* **Log back in** and attempt to trigger the export again.
3. **Verify Your Email Settings**
Ensure that your registered email address is correct and that your IT department has whitelisted `@xobin.com` to prevent emails from being blocked at the server level.
