# What is Auto-Advance and Auto-Reject ?

> **Auto-Advance** moves candidates **forward to the next stage** if they meet the criteria you define.

**Examples:**

*  A candidate who scores **40% or more** in the assessment will be moved to the interview round.

* A candidate who selected “**Open to Night Shift**” in the application stage moves to the next evaluation step.

* If someone scored **above 60%** in the live interview stage, they get auto-moved to the final round.

You can set these conditions when you set up or edit any stage in Xobin Tracks.

> **Auto-Reject** removes candidates from the hiring flow if they **don’t meet the criteria** set by you.


**Examples:**

* A candidate scores **below 40%** in the assessment — they are auto-rejected.

* If someone selects “**Not open to relocation**” in the application form — they’re filtered out.

* A candidate fails to meet a specific requirement in later interview stages.

These candidates are **moved to the Rejected Stage** automatically, and you don’t need to take any manual action.
