# What is Registration Form ? How to get candidate information using Registration Form ?

The Registration Form allows recruiters to collect additional candidate information before the assessment begins.

1. **Log In to Your Account**
* Go to [https://app.xobin.com/signin](https://app.xobin.com/signin)
* Sign in with your credentials.
    
2. **Navigate to the Assessments Tab**
* In the sidebar, click **Assessments**.

3. **Open Assessment Settings**
* Locate the required assessment.
* Click **Manage** next to it.

4. **Open Registration Form section**
* Go to **Form**.

5. **Configure the Form**
* Enter a field **label** and **type** and press **Add** to create a new form field.
* Tick the **Required?** checkbox to ensure a field is mandatorily filled.
* Once configured, click **Save Changes** in the top-right corner.
