# What is Round Robin allocation?

> When enabled, Xobin will **automatically assign candidates to evaluators one by one in a fair and equal way** — just like taking turns.

           *Example: If there are 3 evaluators and 9 candidates, each evaluator gets 3 candidates to evaluate.*

     This saves manual work and ensures **equal distribution** of candidates among the evaluators.
