Xobin AI-Evaluate is an advanced feature that transforms the assessment screening process by automatically generating target answers for descriptive questions and evaluating candidate responses with precision and context-awareness.

**How Xobin AI-Evaluate Works**
1.  **Creating Subjective Questions**
Begin by crafting subjective questions that require candidates to provide detailed responses — such as questions involving complex scenarios, opinions, or analysis.

2.  **Enabling Xobin AI-Evaluate**
Select the Xobin AI-Evaluate feature for your descriptive question. The AI will analyze the question and generate a target answer that represents an ideal or comprehensive response, which then serves as a benchmark for evaluating candidate submissions.

Xobin's AI model analyzes the question and generates a target answer that serves as a benchmark against which all candidate responses are evaluated.

* **Communication Checker**
Xobin AI can assess the communication skills of candidates based on configurable criteria. This feature is best suited for video or audio-type responses.

* **AI Response Verifier**
This feature checks for plagiarism and detects whether a candidate has used AI tools to generate their response. It is best suited for text-type responses.

* **Criteria-Based Evaluation**
