# Who is an Admin and what are the responsibilities?

The Admin is a secondary user on the Xobin platform with broad access to core features. The following section outlines the permissions available to an Admin across each area of the platform:-

**Assessments:**
* Create and edit assessments
* Preview all assessments
* Manage test settings
* Invite candidates
* View and export test reports

**Tracks:**
* Create and edit tracks
* Preview all tracks
* Manage track configurations
* Send tracks to candidates
* View and export responses

**AI Interviews:**
* Create, schedule, and edit interviews
* Configure interviewer settings
* Invite candidates
* View and export reports

|| Note: Admins can perform all functions available to a Super Admin, with one exception — Admins cannot add other users to the Xobin account.
